Michael J Mahoney has been a Commercial Real Estate Broker since 1972 and has covered all segments of the industry. Office & Industrial leasing was a major part of his early years in the business. Through his Real Estate investments he became very much involved in the Hotel Industry from Construction through to management. 

Throughout the 80's Michael handled major projects in Mississauga encompassing

Retail leasing and office. He was involved in many situations in which he looked after all leasehold improvements. He has builta few residences both in the Muskoka area and Toronto/Mississauga which led to his interest in the Inspection business. He brings a wealth of practical knowledge of the construction business to his involvement in Property Inspection for both the Residential market and commercial market through  ESSENTIAL INSPECTIONS INC.

Michael has completed courses which designate him as a RREI (Registered Real Estate Inspector) through National Property Inspections Ltd. of Omaha Nebraska. He has completed the courses necessary to become certified through NACHI (Nationak Association of Certified Home Inspectors) from the U.S.A. and Canada.
